Inaugural Red Chair Event Rules

1) To enter, donate any amount of monies to the American Red Cross National Preparedness Month through the American Red Cross microsite. Open to any adult citizen and/or resident of the continental United States who, as of September 1, 2012, is age 18 years or older. All other entries will be disqualified. Limit one entry per donation. The information you provide will be used to notify you of special promotions.

All electronic donations and entry forms must be received no later than September 30, 2012, to be eligible for the prize. American Signature, Inc. or the American Red Cross does not assume responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, and illegible tags (entries), all of which will be disqualified. All materials submitted will become the exclusive property of American Signature, Inc.

2) American Signature, Inc. will select and grant the winner a prize of one (1) Red Chair. Prizes are not redeemable as cash and are not transferable. The likelihood of winning will depend upon the quantity of entries received. Prize will be awarded. Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winners will be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes associated with the prize. The Winner must live in a valid delivery area to be eligible to receive free delivery where delivery is available.

3) One (1) Entry will be randomly selected. Winner will be selected and notified after September 30, 2012. If a winner does not redeem the prize before October 15, 2012, they forfeit their prize. Winners will be required to sign a release to redeem the prize. All associates of American Signature, Inc. and their immediate families are excluded from this sweepstakes. For the names of winners, send a separate, stamped self-addressed envelope by November 1, 2012, to: American Signature, Inc., Attn: Marketing Department, "Inaugural Red Chair Event Sweepstakes" 4300 E. 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43219. Requests received after November 1, 2012 will not be answered.

4) Use of entrants and winner information. The information that you provide in connection with this microsite sweepstakes will not be used by American Signature, Inc.
